How Does it work?
Anyone can call and request this service. A registered nurse will come to the home and assess personal needs and wishes. Then, depending on the client’s need, our professional staff can provide nursing services, homemakers, or make a referral to an appropriate agency.
Most people, particularly the elderly, need a little help to be able to stay in their homes. By asking for help early, they or their caregiver can have better quality of life and stay in their home longer.
What is the Cost?
Private Duty Services are Paid for by the Client
Most insurance companies and medicare will not pay for private duty services unless additional nursing care is needed. The cost for these services MAY be covered by other insurance, such as long term care insurance, if the client meets the insurance qualifications and guidelines for coverage. Our nurses can help determine this during the assessment visit.
Who Qualifies?
Anyone who lives in Pike County Illinois may receive these services if they feel they need the help, regardless of age or health condition. (Residents of adjoining counties should call for more information)
